Hello there, I'm Ramona Spires.
I am a Certified Life and Health Coach and a Usui Reiki Level 2 Practitioner. I have a degree in Psychology and Business Administration. I help women honor themselves, embrace self-awareness and gain a renewed sense of self-discovery to create their best life. My personal journey and experiences have fueled my passion for helping others live their best life in a way the never have before.
I am grateful to be in the space I am, but it wasn’t always this way. There was a time when I was completely stressed, overwhelmed, and mentally exhausted. And it was because I was constantly overextending myself. I worried about things that were completely out of my control, and I allowed fear to dictate how I moved forward in my life. My stress was so bad that I developed panic attacks. Many of them happened while I was sleeping, which made me afraid to go to sleep.
But there was one experience that changed everything it happened while I was sleeping. I woke up in a panic. I felt like I couldn’t breathe (that never happened before). I prayed to God not to take my life that night because all I could think about was my daughter, which made this experience much worse. And there is nothing you can do but wait until it is over or worse. Once this experience was over, I thought, how did I let it get this bad? Is this how I want to live my life?
I knew I had to make real changes in my life and follow through like I never had before. And I did. I learned to let go of the past and focus on the present moment and be optimistic about my future. I learn to set boundaries so that I can tend to my needs, my happiness, and my health. I also learn to move forward despite my fears. That is why I named my company Determined Despite! I stayed determined despite the obstacles in my way. And rediscover what I wanted for myself so that I could live the best life for me. This is my intent for all the clients I work with.
